This agreement is concluded between SIA MAZON, reg. No.42103101573, legal address: Ikšķiles county, Tīnūžu parish, Dobelnieki, “Augšbrekti”, LV-5015 (hereinafter iBante) and the Buyer (hereinafter the Buyer), who places an order in the iBante online store located at the Internet address https://www.ibante.lv (hereinafter - Flower Shop).

The operation of the Internet Flower Store is provided and maintained by iBante. By placing an order in the Flower Shop, the Buyer confirms that he has read the Flower Shop Terms of Use and the Distance Agreement, which are available at the Internet address https://www.ibante.lv/noteikumi. The Buyer has the right to receive the goods and services offered in the iBante store after the Buyer has made a prepayment of the respective service or product. The description and price of each relevant product and service are indicated in the product catalog next to each product. All prices include value added tax (VAT). The buyer has the opportunity to pay for the product or service by choosing one of the remote payment methods offered in the Flower Shop. Payment for goods and/ or services means the fact of ordering the service and the Buyer's irrevocable consent to the Terms. After paying for the order, the Buyer has entered into an agreement with iBante, which sets out mutual obligations and responsibilities. The buyer has the right to return the product to the iBante store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, without providing an explanation of the reason for refusal. The returned product must not be used, damaged, it must be in the original packaging, the packaging and its marking must not be damaged. The exercise of the right of withdrawal and the return of goods shall take place in accordance with the following legal acts:

- Law on Consumer Protection;

- Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 207 "Rules on distance contracts".

The right to return the goods does not apply to cut flowers, flower bouquets, flower arrangements and houseplants. (Cabinet Regulation No. 207, Clause 15.3). iBante has the right to unilaterally cancel the order and return the full order fee to the Buyer, if due to circumstances beyond iBante's control the execution of the order is not possible. (For example, the ordered product is not available for more than 30 days, or the production season has ended).

If the buyer refuses delivery before the bouquet is created by writing an application to the e-mail: ziedi@ibante.lv, iBante will return the money within 7 working days from the receipt of the application to the account specified by the buyer.

FLOWER SHOP The iBante online store is a publicly accessible website for the purchase of flowers, gifts and other goods and services on the Internet.

FLOWER STORE MANAGEMENT The website manager and available service provider is SIA MAZON, reg. No. 42103101573, legal address: Ikšķiles nov. Tīnūžu pag., Dobelnieki, “Augšbrekti”, LV-5015. The terms, conditions and restrictions of use of the services available on the iBante.lv website, as well as sanctions in case of non-compliance with these terms, are binding on all its users, visitors and service recipients.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The content of the Site is the intellectual property of iBante, and copying, reproduction and republishing without the written permission of iBante is strictly prohibited.
